TRINITY, as the first and the largest professional extrusion tooling manufacturer in China, participated in formulating the industry standard of Chinese extrusion tooling as well as the plastic doors and windows, and cooperate with famous colleges and universities to research and develop the flow simulation analysis software with independent intellectual property rights.

In 1985 TRINITY enters extrusion tooling field and researched and manufactured China’s first PVC plastic door & window profile extrusion tooling;

In 1999 the first tooling was exported to the USA;

We own over 30 designers with rich experience, more than 70 marketing and after-sales service team, and have provided perfect services to over 500 customers in the world;

Currently the annual output of TRINITY has reached 1,200 extrusion tooling and 100 extrusion production line, which have been successfully exported to more than 600 customers in over 50 countries and regions.

A: During manufacturing the tooling, we will regularly call or email customers to tell the latest manufacturing progress;

B: After the tooling is made, we will arrange preliminary debugging in the factory;

C: After qualified debugging, we will send the samples to customers and deliver the products after recognition;  

D: After the mould is delivered to the site, we can arrange operators for debugging according to customers’ requirements.

9. Tooling plates CMM

(1) Three-coordinate gauging instrument (high precision, can measure cavity dimensions of all plates, help a lot to the related designing experience)

(2) Profile size measuring instrument: Measure and record the debugged product size and input AUTOCAD drawing, and improve the mold repair effect. 

(3) Profile sample projector: It can magnify the slice size of the extrusion profile sample to 5 times, which can find out the tiny problem and get the precise deviation area. It can improve the precision of the debugging and mould repair work and feed back the most accurate information to the customers.
